You have to listen to what your opponents are saying so you know what to prepare for. Jane Kleeb, chair of the Nebraska Democrat Party posted the following on X. Note the comment “don’t even worry if it’s an expired id” (https://twitter.com/janekleeb/status/1734626742541718009).

When I challenged her on it, she provided the following link to the Nebraska Secretary of State (https://sos.nebraska.gov/elections/voter-id). When you click about the following opens up:

Yes, expired ID can be used. You could have left Nebraska years ago but your expired license will still be good for voting in Nebraska. Can you see why people are cynical about voter integrity?

To make matters worse, the Nebraska Democrat Party chair knows and is telling people not to worry.
