FYI, please take the time to look at my past posting and feel free to make comment and share!
Some have said they disagree with my posts and you know what? I am fine with that. I am merely trying to defend the individual, a philosophical argument regarding the one versus the many. This means individual freedom, free markets and very limited government. If you disagree, just say so and why. I am not going to attack you with a machete and cut your head off and put it in a meat grinder. Oh wait, I guess I did that to the other person. Anyways.....
Anyways, I attended the Douglas County Central Committee meeting which has an interesting attendance of people. When I arrive, I am usually jovial and ready to partake in drinks but later it seems some are only interested in tea and to get the meeting over with. It is what it is.
Brian Kruse, the Douglas County Commissioner, spoke. Kruse is a nice person and does well for the Republican Party. As to the 2020 elections, I think many may have overstepped boundaries regarding the election by challenging it. Much of the alleged voter fraud occurred in battle states, but Nebraska was not a battle state. However, there is concern about 20 to 45 Chicago political activists trying to work over the Second Congressional district, yet more evidence is needed.
The entire Kruse presentation was good but some parts I wanted to contest but there was not a Q/A portion. What he said should have been posted to Rumble, Youtube, Gettr and whatever media the Election Commission uses. This would provide transparency and allow for debate on how election issues are handled.
The highlight of the meeting was seeing Clarice Jackson step into the Unicameral race. I missed what legislative district she is running in, but have managed to donate to her campaign. School choice! School choice! Expect to hear more about this in future postings.
Honestly, the challenge for many people in running for office is to lose the fear of asking for money, yet no one seems to mention this very often.
As for the mask mandate, not surprised but I suspect it will be appealed but not without cost. Three council members spent money to challenge it: Aimee Melton, Brinker Harding and Don Rowe. I plan to help them out.
Finally, regarding COVID, many wonder why there is still so much fuss over COVID as a vaccine exists. The problem with these so-called vaccines is they do not provide true inoculation. Over 27,000 people were vaccinated and still got COVID in Douglas County. End result is people become infected with COVID, and they took a test but are told just to stay home. No treatment is offered. This is flat out idiotic. People need to know, at the ONSET of respiratory infection they need to treat it with something serious like a fortified nasal spray which lists steroids in it. Failure to do so means the infection continues and results in other people being infected.
Anyways, that is my rant for now.
