SPOILER ALERT! This article mentions information from the movie: What is a Woman?
From Frankenstein to Jurassic Park, science is often seen as an end result instead of a process. Such stories show science can result in a catastrophic dead end. Right now, the Daily Wire has produced a documentary: “What is a Woman” (https://www.dailywire.com/videos/what-is-a-woman). I recommend you see it. However, I think the film could have expanded on some points.
Thomas Szasz (https://www.szasz.com/) wrote the book The Myth of Mental Illness. Because of Szasz, many people were liberated from horrendous supposedly medical treatments. Sociology, psychology and psychiatry had to rethink why people behaved “badly” and look at other causes. We now know homosexuality is caused by hormones shifting during pregnancy. Much of the society now at least tolerates homosexuality. This resulted in questioning the social expectations people place on individuals. This is why transgenderism came into being and is a movement.
The issue of transgenderism is confusing on numerous levels. True gender dysphoria is extremely rare and surgery might help, but it takes years of counseling to determine if surgery will help. We all walk through being many characters and roles in our lives: father, sister, co-worker, teacher, etc. Often we are “on stage” and are “off stage” at home or with family. A guy may find he is not treated well by males or females. He tries different clothes. Eventually he puts on women's clothes and finds he is treated better by both men and women. Children have this happen all the time from wearing a school uniform to wearing a Spiderman outfit. It is all about the stage!
So for the man wearing a dress, he dances with another man, and when the dance is over, they go off stage. If there is deception, the one man expecting a woman is upset. If honest and transgender, the one in the dress is disappointed, because they cannot accept being a man. This is where the issue is at. Are the clothes merely a costume and is the flesh despised?
Parents are being flooded with much scary information making parents paranoid. If you can carry on a conversation with their kid better than they can, the parents will assume you are grooming their kid for child molestation. It is that bad. Parents are fed this nonsense about “Desmond is Amazing”, a boy who cross dresses. It is all art. Tim Pool is now feeding nonsense over “grooming” on this matter as is Steven Crowder. Your kid is not going to die because a guy in a dress is reading a book. Desmond is marketing clothes (https://www.beamazingnyc.com/), and wearing a suit now! Wardrobe malfunction maybe? No. He will probably be the next Andy Warhol (https://www.warhol.org/).
What should be the focus is the butchering of children. These surgeries being performed on minor teenagers and the use of puberty blockers on preteens are abhorrent. This is not about getting a nose pierced or getting a tattoo. Estrogen, testosterone, steroids, Lupron, and other drugs modify the body and have consequences. There is a reason the Olympic Committee bans such drugs (https://olympics.com/ioc/fight-against-doping) These drugs are also commonly abused (https://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/pubs/brochures/steroids/professionals/).
In “What is a Woman?”, Matt Walsh interviews trans-man Scott Newgent who is fighting to get the truth out about the medical exploitation of minors over supposed transgender identification. Newgent runs the organization TreVoices and has a site at
https://www.trevoices.org/
Newgent is not alone. With sex education programs in the schools, children spend more time focusing on sexuality, gender and social roles compared to previous generations. This has provided access to transgender propaganda, and it spreads on social media. These kids going through medical transitioning will be sterile. Were they told this? Keep in mind, Caitlyn Jenner had kids before going through gender transition. There is a reason kids should be in a play and wearing costumes and find themselves instead of going through exploitative medical butchery.
Buck Angel (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buck_Angel) and Blaire White (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaire_White), both transgender people, go into a long discussion as to what is wrong with this type of medical exploitation.
In the end, it is all about the stage. Hats off to Ray Jessel for drawing a line on stage.
