Adam Morfeld Goes to Court
Update 2, my ethics complaint regarding Morfeld.
“This is a formal complaint against Nebraska lawyer Adam Morfeld of Lincoln. He is defending Nebraska Senator Meagan Hunt against alleged defamation from the Nebraska Freedom Coalition.
What was done to Hunt? She was called a "groomer". The word is a mere insult. Morfeld knows or should know, the United States has over 200 years of defending political insults. His case is moot upon arrival and is unworthy of being heard by any court.
He obviously knows this but is pushing the issue to raise money for some other cause through Nebraska Legal Action Fund (https://nebraskaaction.com/)
At the same time, he exploits what appears to be a mental illness being displayed by Senator Hunt regarding her child. Based on observations and actions, Hunt appears to suffer from Munchausen by Proxy. Hunt has made her child the subject of public speculation and a spectacle, violating a minor's right to privacy. Morfeld is exploiting the situation to his advantage.”

Through Twitter, Nebraska Freedom Coalition took issue with State Senator Megan Hunt and referred to her as a groomer, which given the common definition of groomer, she is. All parents are groomers! Yet, the use of the word was done in a derogatory and insulting matter. Still, it is free speech.
However, former State Senator Adam Morfeld, who runs his own law firm (https://www.adammorfeld.com/law-office ), took issue with the word “groomer” and complained about defamation against Hunt. Now, through Nebraska Legal Action Fund (https://nebraskaaction.com/ ), they are suing the Nebraska Freedom Coalition.
Nebraska Freedom Coalition apologized but doubled down on their criticism of Hunt and is seeking funds for the fight (https://secure.anedot.com/bb8fdf4d-64a6-405b-a662-60457e0c46e5/nebraskafreedom).
I am a bit surprised I was not sued for pointing out Hunt’s mental disorder of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (https://www.webmd.com/mental-health/munchausen-by-proxy) or should I say insulted?
At this point, I think an ethics complaint against Morfeld is warranted. Diligence, and competence on this issue he does not have. He does not understand the broad defense of political speech, nor does he understand his client’s mental health. Hunt and Cavanaugh obviously hate the fact that they were dealt boys in the lottery of children. They hate their boys so much they want to carve them up and drug them so they can make girls. These two women are a mental health crisis all unto themselves and need help. Why are these two boys dads not standing up for their sons? Are they that de masculinized by these two? If ever their is a case for CPS to step in these are two good examples, these boys are in mortal danger.
Was it not a few years ago these same people were horrified by the genital mutilation that is done in religions and ethnic groups?
Adam Morfield needs his license to practice law withdrawn for obvious reasons. Good grief.
