hum. maybe spend 2 hours a month going to a local school board meeting. mr. Sullivan you might be surprised what you can learn from the 'horse's mouth'...
Mr. Sullivan - I've followed you for years because you are so so so smart, and interesting and funny...perhaps because I'm on the opposite end of the political spectrum and I've got a Ph.D. (from a tier 1 school) in education...I might know more about that topic than you :)
