This is Robert Borer. Jon is correct. Can't do write-in for general on same race you "lose" in primary. But I can do write-in for governor. Which would give me the ability to front and stop, overnight, the existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-governance and Liberty—election fraud!! Write-ins must be counted by hand. We could build an audit into the election by letting people know that, after writing my name in, they can take a picture of it and send it xxxx address, thereby enabling us to bring some level of accountability to the counting process.
The question is if such statute is enforced or even legal. For example, there is apparently a law stating an Omaha Police officer cannot run for elected office but Aaron Hanson did. Either way, a write in candidacy is warranted. I wonder if the Libertarian Party can still nominate a candidate for the general election without a primary. Either way, less votes for Evnen.

Thank you for your input!
Borer can’t be recognized on the general election ballot. Nebraska has Sour Grapes rule that says he cannot run after losing the primary.

Any thoughts of finding someone else to run for the office?
Just that I'd love to see someone.
