People OPPOSING Trump's picks intentionally do not want him to succeed. Go back and look at how they voted for Biden's picks. I wonder if they voted FOR Biden's picks for the same reason, but that's probably wishful thinking.
The only appointee I don't particularly care for so far is Dr. Mehmet Oz. But--if he rises above some of his unfortunate detractions and does a good job, my opinion is subject to change.
You regurgitate what the legacy media is parroting about.. If you are going to be respected writer, you have to come up with original thoughts. Trump will be out in 4 years. Let him freely appoint people and stop with the fearmongering and smear campaign. It simply does not work anymore.
Thank you for your considerate response and respectful tone. While I generally agree with your perspective, I must point out that fearmongering, smearing, and repetition of media narratives were central themes of Trump's messaging during his rallies and his entire campaign.
Yes, tut there is a difference between the politicians, and us as writers. Politicians will say lots of outlandish things depending on what their audience wants or expects. Writers like us have to avoid the slippage and address the facts with analysis as well as an understanding information can result in different viewpoints and interpretations. If we as writers do not make this distinction, we become merely an extension of politics, parties and candidates and lose our credibility.
While you raise some valid points, it is worth noting that a brief review of a couple of your posts suggests that you might benefit from reflecting on the same advice.
