Kanye West isn't an Anti-Semite--he was the victim of a Jewish Hollywood promoter who threatened to throw him back into a mental health institution AGAIN and deny him all access to his own children. Kanye was understandably quite outraged that the guy had already succeeded in having him involuntarily committed and forced to take psychiatric meds the first time around.
That he brought that monster's race into it is regrettable, but then--Kanye seems to have thought that a huge part of the reason why he became this man's victim was because of his own race.
Such is the state of the world that we're living in now. It's nasty and evil, and broken. And it always has been, but as Americans, we at least aspired to be be better, to do better.
And yet, even as Americans, we are capable of being sick, twisted, evil little shits totally beyond redemption apart from the grace of God.
As for Candace, yes--she is absolutely, 100% determined to have those dialogs. Poor Ben! It's never fun being put in the hot seat the way Jewish people have been lately, but--he's got such myopia related to his own race and the issues that all of the less-than-perfect people who share his ethnicity and religion are creating for themselves, including him. If he tries to stop her, he's only going to succeed in kneecapping himself. I feel a certain sympathy for him, but I really do appreciate Candace's efforts, and--that tempers my sympathy.
